KATHMANDU, May 17: The meetings of the lower and upper house of the parliament were held on Tuesday.
The meetings have begun as the government is obliged to introduce a new budget on May 29.
The government also tabled the Railway Ordinance, 2023 in the HoR while the main opposition party CPN-UML obstructed the meeting of the National Assembly.
